Lunch: shrimp and
brown rice (self prepared) w/green garden salad
Dinner:
chocolate/vanilla total soy shake mixed.
Snacks: self
prepared popcorn & animal crackers & grapefruit & 140 calorie
granola bar.
Plenty of
water
