This is a great meal replacement shake, can be blended with fruit & healthy beverage of your choice and or water.I particularly like the vanilla blended with strawberries & bananas w/8 ounces of water or add less water more ice to make shake more like a malt (yummy).
I try and prepare at least 3 salads (1 for each day) for myself this way it's easy to grab and eat. You can even put a piece of baked fish or grill chicken breast with it. (yummy)
Pan grilled chicken breast, onions, jalapenos, mushrooms (sauteed), tomatoes, lettuce & pickle whole wheat honey oat bread. Season meat to taste; I butterflied my chicken breast so they would cook evenly through & through.
