Your body keeps a journal

Your body keeps a journal no matter what you write down.  Mine is certainly keeping track, I've lost a total of 41 pounds to the date. 

Cleanse Your Body

One of the major benefits in drinking lemon water is that it aids in weight loss and gives your body natural electrolytes.  It's a great source of Vitamin C and antioxidants which helps to maintain your body's energy while on a diet plan or when working out. 

Not only is lemon water a great tool in weight loss, but it just so happens to be amazing for your skin as well!  It really gives your skin a nice glow by rejuvenating it from within and can also act as an anti-aging remedy.
 
Here are your ingredients:

2 quarts water
Juice of one lemon
2 lemons, thinly sliced
Ice
Few sprigs of mint
Combine all ingredients and and place in fridge for a bit to allow flavors to infuse.  Once pitcher is chilled, serve to friends and enjoy!

Count down till I'm out the 200's

1 more pound to lose and I would have officially lost 40 pounds.  So glad I'm here; living a healthy happy life.

Motivated Monday

1.  One definition of insanity is: Doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different result.

2.  Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday.

3.  Discipline is remembering what you want.


4.  If we defend our habits, we have no intentions of quitting them.

Cycling

cycling class gives us nothing to smile about, but it's worth it.



Corina and I have made it through Tuesday & Thursday cycling class.  Think we'll come back next week.
