Loving Life


Had a great day today! Worked out twice today I’ve burned more 1000 calories today.

Breakfast: banana & strawberry total soy shake
Lunch: shrimp and brown rice (self prepared) w/green garden salad
Dinner: chocolate/vanilla total soy shake mixed.
Snacks: self prepared popcorn & animal crackers & grapefruit & 140 calorie granola bar. 
Plenty of water
 600 cal. burn 4.06 miles 60min.
