Triumphant Tuesday

FFWomen I know you didn't think you wouldn't see me today!  Today is triumphant Tuesday we all understand that we are on a mission all towards a healthier lifestyle turning our trials into triumph.

I'm loving the scale now, it shows me how hard work really does pay off.  Weighed in this morning at 220.  My goal is to be at least 215 by the 18th of July.  Let's go ladies, let's keep encouraging each other I know you can...
