I weighed in this morning at 224, if the scale is true and I pray to God it is, I would have lost a total of 30 pounds since I started this journey. Back on January 7, 2012 I weighed in @ 254 pounds. I’d like to shed about 84 pounds my goal is to be 170. This is a comfortable weight for me, this is my GOAL.
I’m thinking about jump starting my weight loss with a reset regiment. This would consist of supplementing 3 meals with protein shakes plenty, of water, fruits, & fresh veggies. I think I’ll start this 6/18/2012.
How long is your jump-start period?
