Our meeting was again a success; ladies keep up the GREAT WORK... We walked at MacGregor Park this morning for 40 minutes this morning and completed 1 hour of Step Aerobics.

Congratulations to Monica & Bysshia for being our testimonial winners; Monica was the first one to submit her testimonial story to me & Bysshia had the most inspirational testimonial story.  Congratulations ladies keep encouraging us.

Low calorie self-prepared meal

Shrimp w/garlic butter can be served over brown rice w/sliced tomatoes & cucumbers(add fresh parsley for flavor & color).  Add a little vinegar & lemon pepper over tomatoes and cucumbers.

We are planning to take a 1 day trip down to San Marcos Texas to visit the Prime/Tanger Outlet malls.  Here we will enjoy a day of shopping; all while walking towards a healthier lifestyle.

30 Pounds Lighter

I couldn't be more happier, I'm officially 30 pounds lighter than I was when I started this journey back on 1/7/2012.  Life is good and I'm going to live it to the fullest; not to be full. 

Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not promise, so I think I live life for TODAY!!!

Right Track

I'm certainly back on the right track this morning, after that horrible breakfast I attempted to eat yesterday.

Had my Total Soy Meal shake this morning so I certainly feel that I'm back on the right track.

Importance of self-preparing meals

I was running this morning didn't get a chance to drink my shake, said I'd get oatmeal and bacon when I got to work. 

Here are the results (oatmeal) NASTY.. ate 5 bites threw away (bacon) to greasy (money) wasted.

2nd Day of Boot Camp

How we feel ladies? 

Today is my second day of boot camp and I'm fired up.  I completed about 2 hours of Cardio workout on yesterday; courtesy of my son  & husband.  I was accompanied at the YMCA this morning 6:45am by my husband and sister to start the morning off right.  I burned 550 calories this morning.  I'd like to try and at least burn 1000-1200 calories a day. 

Way to go Shell!!!!!  I"m loving this life!!!

BOOTCAMP

So I've started myself on a type of boot camp regiment this week.  Lots of protein shakes, fruits, veggies, & WATER!!!!    My son  will work me out this week at the YMCA field; with lots of cardio (running) drills.  I'd like to lose 10 pounds by 7/18/2012.

Morning Inspiration

Good morning ladies it's 9:58 this morning & I'm feeling great, this weekend's support meeting really got me going.  Woke up this morning met my sister and the YMCA and had a wonderful hour work out of cardio.  I'll see some of you tonight @ our step class. 

This morning I burned 603 calories 4.18 miles in 60 min.  3.03 left on my cool down.

2nd FFW Event

Ladies, our 2nd FFW Event was again a SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!  May I say that I love my group of FFWomen.

My Goal

 I weighed in this morning at 224, if the scale is true and I pray to God it is, I would have lost a total of 30 pounds since I started this journey.   Back on January 7, 2012 I weighed in @ 254 pounds.  I’d like to shed about 84 pounds my goal is to be 170.  This is a comfortable weight for me, this is my GOAL. 

I’m thinking about jump starting my weight loss with a reset regiment.  This would consist of supplementing 3 meals with protein shakes plenty, of water, fruits, & fresh veggies.  I think I’ll start this 6/18/2012. 

Fantastic Friday

Ladies, we’ve made it through yet another week of healthier living.  It’s Friday and I feel great, looking towards the future, forgetting those things that are behind and pressing towards those things that are ahead.  Remember yesterday is gone, tomorrow will have its own issues.  Live life for today!!!

Ladies it’s Tuesday how are we feeling?  Viya and I got up this morning worked out for an hour. I had a shake for breakfast, so far feeling great.

Happy Friday

It’s Friday, I feel as if I’ve certainly gave my all and all this week with eating healthy and exercising.   Feeling sort of sassy today, had a slow start this morning but I’m coming around.  Have a wonderful day Full Figured Women.
