Mix fruit & Whey Protein Shake




 
Good morning, I'm so enjoying playing around with different fruit blends.

My breakfast this morning.

1 scoop whey protein shake
1/2 cup of frozen mixed fruit
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 banana

Results (yummy).  I think trying different fruit blends with your protein powder and or vega powder are a sure way not to get burnt out of traditional and same ole same ole shakes.  #lovingthefruitblends.
